Your Statutory Rights
This policy does not affect your statutory rights under UK and EU consumer protection law, including the Consumer Rights Act 2015 (UK) and the Consumer Rights Directive 2011/83/EU. You have the right to cancel your order within 14 days of receiving your goods without giving any reason (cooling-off period).

Our Returns Policy
14-Day Return Window
We offer a 14-day return period from the date you receive your order.
To be eligible for a return:
- Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in original condition
- Items must have all original tags attached
- Items must be in their original packaging where applicable
- Items must not show any signs of wear or alteration
How to Initiate a Return
- Contact our customer service team at returns@usevizari.com within 14 days of receiving your order
- Provide your order number and the reason for return
- We will send you return instructions and, if applicable, a return shipping label
- Pack your items securely and ship them to the address provided
- Once we receive and inspect your return, we will process your refund within 14 days

Upon receiving your returned item(s), we will:
- Inspect the items within 2-3 business days
- Process your refund within 14 days of receiving your return
- Issue the refund to your original payment method
What Gets Refunded
- Full product price for eligible returns
- Original standard shipping costs (if return is due to our error or faulty item)
What Does NOT Get Refunded
- Original shipping costs (for change-of-mind returns)
- Return shipping costs (unless return is due to our error or faulty item)
- Express or premium shipping upgrades
Items That Cannot Be Returned
The following items are final sale and cannot be returned unless faulty:
- Underwear and intimate apparel
- Earrings and pierced jewelry
- Items marked as "Final Sale"
- Personalized or custom-made items
- Items with removed or damaged tags
- Items showing signs of wear or washing
Faulty, Damaged, or Incorrect Items
If you receive a faulty, damaged, or incorrect item, contact us immediately at returns@usevizari.com with photos and description. We will arrange:
- Free return shipping
- Full refund including original shipping costs, OR
- Free replacement at no charge
