General Information

At Vizari & Co., we strive to deliver our premium menswear to customers across the United Kingdom, Europe, and worldwide. Each order is handled with care to ensure it reaches you in perfect condition.

Order Processing

All orders are processed within 1-3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. You will receive another notification when your order has shipped.

Multiple Shipments

To ensure you receive your items as quickly as possible, Vizari & Co. works with specialized suppliers across different locations. If you have ordered multiple items, please note that they may be shipped in separate packages.

This does not affect your shipping cost, but it does mean your items might arrive at slightly different times. You will receive individual tracking information for each package dispatched.

Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates

Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout. Delivery times depend on your location:

Customs, Duties, and Taxes

For orders shipped outside of our primary logistics hubs (including cross-border trade between the UK and EU), your order may be subject to import duties and taxes (including VAT), which are incurred once a shipment reaches your destination country.

Vizari & Co. is not responsible for these charges if they are applied. These are the responsibility of the customer.

Order Status & Tracking

When your order (or part of it) has shipped, you will receive an email notification with a tracking number. Please allow 48 hours for the tracking information to update.
